Shipping Options for Belly Button Rings & Body Jewelry

United States Postal Service (USPS) - standard shipping options use USPS and their shipping partners for orders placed outside the United States of America. First Class Mail does not come with shipment tracking, if you would like to get your body jewelry faster and be able to track your shipment, we suggest you use the Priority Mail shipping option.

The following chart gives you the average shipping time for orders shipping from our warehouse in Norwalk, Iowa. Our goal is to ship your package within 24 hours of your order during regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping times are calculated based on business days when the delivery service operates. This may exclude weekends & national holidays.

** The shipping time and cost for international delivery will depend on the distance & delivery methods of the country to which we are shipping. Customs and/or duties charges may apply to some international shipments. 

Body Jewelry/Belly Rings Returns

Since body jewelry is worn directly on the skin we do not accept returns on jewelry purchases. Damaged or defective items are an exception - we want to be sure you are happy with your purchase and we will work with you to replace any damaged or defective jewelry within 30 days of your purchase.

Damaged or defective jewelry is any jewelry that is broken upon delivery or becomes broken or unwearable with the first 30 days after you purchase it due to normal wearing conditions. Jewelry damaged due to the following conditions does not qualify for replacement:

- Jewelry that is the wrong size, style or material for your piercing.
- Jewelry that is stripped or cracked due to over-tightening.
- Jewelry with stripped finishes or damage due to cleaning with alcohol.
- Lost threaded balls - check jewelry often to be sure they have not come loose.
- Lost dangling items - check regularly for tightness as they can catch on clothing or become loose over time.

Requesting a replacement
If you have a defective or damaged item please call 319-214-0742 and provide us with the following information to request a replacement:

- The sales order number of your shipment (this can be found at the top of your packing slip or confirmation email.)
- The item number of the defective item (this can be found in the "item" column of your packing slip or confirmation email.)
- A description of the damage or defect.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Should your order never make it to you for any reason, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 3 days after the merchandise was expected to arrive and have your order number ready so that we can discuss options with you.

For shipments inside the United States: Please visit the USPS Tracking Site

For shipments outside the United States: You will need to contact your local postal delivery system to research reasonable delivery times for shipments from the United States to your country and work with them to help locate lost packages. Unfortunately neither BellyBling nor the USPS has the ability to track your package once it passes into the hands of your local postal authority, we wish we could!
